Job Summary

The Graduate Assistant for Admissions Communications and Marketing supports the Office of Undergraduate Admissions through strategic content creation, social media management, digital communications, website updates, and event marketing. This position plays a key role in strengthening brand presence, increasing student engagement, and supporting outreach initiatives through creative and data-informed marketing efforts. Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management: 50% Content Creation & Graphic Design: 15% Website Management: 10% Event Marketing & Coverage: 10% Student Digital Outreach & Campaign Support: 10% Administrative & Collaborative Support: 5% Required Qualifications

Be fully admitted to a graduate degree program at UWG. Please note: Students admitted provisionally are not eligible for assistantship positions. Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Be enrolled full-time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship period. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all previous and current graduate coursework and remain in good academic standing. Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the United States. Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled in the M.S. in Digital & Social Media Communication Program. Salary

A monthly stipend of $1,000.00 per month A tuition waiver, reducing your graduate tuition to $25 per semester plus mandatory fees as long as you are employed in your assistantship. Required Documents to Attach
