A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual English/Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, email, and other channels, managing multiple conversations simultaneously Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems and process secure transactions Identify and escalate recurring customer concerns while collaborating on team resources and continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center or service-oriented environment Experience using multiple computer systems or learning management systems (LMS) preferred Prior experience processing secure transactions or handling sensitive data (PII/PCI) is a plus This is a remote position
