Product Designer: Conversational Experiences
Félix, Miami, FL, United States
About The Role
The Product Design team at Félix Pago is growing. We're a small but mighty group building the foundation for a world-class UX function within one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in LATAM and the U.S. Our mission is simple yet powerful: build financial tools to empower Latino immigrants in the U.S. Great UX at Félix means combining empathy, cultural understanding, and design excellence across every touchpoint, from conversation flows to trust‑building visuals. This is an opportunity to join a growing team as a Product Designer to coach and influence others while creating new and effective ways of working across the entire UX team.
A Product Designer is a hands‑on position requiring research and presentation skills, the ability to generate quantity and quality design concepts, and partnering with product and engineering to set and deliver on deadlines. As a qualified candidate you care deeply about design, welcome feedback, balance usability with creative risk, and push boundaries to achieve the most effective solutions. It’s an exciting chance to have a big impact on a rapidly growing product experience while working with designers in the US and Spain.

Work closely with engineers, researchers, product managers, data analysts, and support teams to define product and user experience strategy.
Collaborate with designers across our various products to ensure a cohesive user experience across our entire product portfolio.
Push the visual and interaction design forward and help maintain its cohesion by contributing to our design system and larger documentation.
Help shape the Design team culture, influence the way we work, and participate in the hiring process for new talent.
Own the end‑to‑end product development process from a design perspective, prioritize multiple assignments, present work to internal stakeholders, and deliver creative work under deadline.
