Graphic Designer / Ad Creative

We're a marketing and demand generation firm operating across multifamily real estate and private capital — and we're building the creative infrastructure to match. This role owns the visual output across our brands: performance ad creative, brand assets, funnel design, and organic social. You won't be handed a brief and told to execute — you'll be a creative partner who understands what drives results and can move fast without sacrificing quality.

You’ll work directly with leadership and alongside a video producer, with room to shape how the creative function grows.

What you’ll own

Paid ad creative for Meta and Google campaigns — static, carousel, display — built to convert, not just look good

Brand asset production across multiple distinct brand systems, maintaining consistency and quality at volume

Landing page and funnel design — layouts, hierarchy, and visual direction for high-converting pages

Organic social content — templates, carousels, and graphics that complement video output

Ongoing management of design systems and asset libraries across brands

What we’re looking for

3–5 years of experience in ad creative, performance marketing design, or brand design — agency or in‑house

Portfolio that shows actual paid social and digital ad work, not just branding or illustration projects

Strong instinct for copy‑led, hierarchy‑driven design — you make the message land, not just the visual

Experience working within an established brand system, not just building your own

Comfort moving fast — you can produce polished work under real deadlines without needing hand‑holding

Bonus: experience in fintech, real estate, or financial services marketing
