We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our Employee Relations global team as the Senior Associate of Employee Relations. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Employee Relations (ER) function by assisting with global ER cases, conducting investigations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws. This role requires sound judgment, escalating complex issues appropriately, and partnering with HRBPs, business leaders, legal counsel, and employees to resolve ER matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in investigating a variety of employee relations issues, be an effective interviewer, active listener, and a strong communicator. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing employee relations initiatives across our organization. The Senior Associate, Employee Relations will work under the general direction of the Director of Employee Relations to implement, and administer company‑wide ER practices and programs. Remote eligible position.
What You’ll Do
Ensure consistency in ER practices across different regions and countries
Lead end‑to‑end global employee relations investigations, including intake, interviews, note‑taking, evidence collection and analysis, findings development, and stakeholder follow‑up, across matters involving discrimination, harassment, and policy violations
Objectively debrief HRBPs and leadership on investigation findings
Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and make recommendations on corrective action
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of ER matters by logging, tracking, and filing cases within the case management system
Review and update ER policies to ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations
Serve as an ER expert, providing consultation and guidance to HRBPs and business leaders on best practices and ensure consistency in policy application
Partner with HRBPs in delivering disciplinary conversations including involuntary terminations
Serve as ER lead for sensitive HR‑for‑HR employee relations matters
Administer employment‑related training to management team
Manage FTI’s online harassment training program
Process FTI’s compliance reporting obligations including Non‑Discrimination Plans, state‑specific pay data reporting, and Federal Regulatory Reporting Requirements (EEO1, VETS 4212)
Manage internal and external regulatory audits to completion
Support the ADA interactive process by partnering with the Leave Management Team, employees, and managers to gather information, clarify restrictions, and facilitate next step communication
Assist with evaluating leave‑related issues requiring ER involvement
Partner on various projects with Compliance, Learning and Development, HR Service Center, Payroll, Compensation, and other functional areas as needed

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field of study
3 years of post‑graduate experience in employee relations with a global focus
Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; this position will not sponsor applicant for work visas.
