Executive Assistant
to support the
President, Capital Markets . This is a full-time, in-office position based in our
Dallas office . This is a high-impact role for a trusted partner who can bring structure, judgment, and steady support to a fast-moving environment.
This Executive Assistant will serve as a true right hand to the President, helping create leverage by managing priorities, communications, scheduling, travel, follow-through, and the many shifting priorities that come with supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, stay closely aligned with the President’s priorities, and manage communications and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.

This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a trusted right-hand partner to the President, Capital Markets, helping create leverage across priorities, communication, scheduling, and follow-through
Manage a complex and shifting calendar with strong prioritization, coordination, and follow-through
Coordinate travel, itineraries, expenses, meetings, and related logistics
Prepare, draft, and manage executive communications, including emails, correspondence, and other written materials, with professionalism, sound judgment, and careful attention to tone and audience
Help manage priorities, incoming requests, and sensitive matters requiring the President’s attention, exercising discretion, judgment, and strong follow-through
Prepare presentations, reports, and other executive materials as needed
Anticipate needs, track action items, support follow-up, and help keep priorities moving with strong forward-thinking execution
Coordinate key meetings, events, conferences, and leadership engagements
Maintain organized files, records, and quick-reference materials
Support special projects and evolving business needs as they arise
Partner across teams and functions to keep communication and execution running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of executive administration and/or office management experience, with a minimum of 3+ years supporting senior leaders in a direct executive support capacity. Paralegal background is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence with professionalism and sound judgment
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and manage competing priorities
Strong judgment, discretion, and experience handling highly confidential information
A proactive, resourceful, service-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment that requires responsiveness, adaptability, and occasional flexibility beyond standard business hours
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 6–8 times per year, in support of key meetings, conferences, and company events.
