The Marketing Team Member will assist in enhancing Leveling the Fields' (LTF) online and offline presence through various marketing initiatives. This role involves managing social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency across all channels, updating the website, and contributing to our blog and newsletter. Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
In collaboration with Social Media Coordinator schedule and post content across LTF’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, using Facebook Meta. Engage with our audience and monitor social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Brand Guidelines:
Ensure all content aligns with LTF’s brand guidelines. Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all marketing materials. Website Management:
Update and maintain LTF’s website using Squarespace. This includes uploading new content, optimizing pages for SEO, and ensuring the website is user-friendly and visually appealing. Blog Content:
Contribute to the LTF blog by writing and editing articles that highlight our programs, mission, and the impact of our work. Research relevant topics to ensure content is informative, engaging, and aligned with our brand. Newsletter Content:
Collaborating with committee chairs to coordinate monthly newsletter. Design and Content Creation:
Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Ensure all designs adhere to LTF’s brand standards. Google Drive Management:
Organize and manage marketing materials and project files in Google Drive, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible to the team. Qualifications
Proficiency in Canva, Google Drive, Facebook Meta, Slack and Squarespace. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency. Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines. Experience with SEO, content writing, and digital marketing strategies is a plus. Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
