A company is looking for a Director, Space & Occupancy Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement principles, policies, and procedures for space and occupancy planning Lead and develop a team in strategic occupancy planning, real estate optimization, and workplace design Analyze data to create occupancy scenario plans and engage with clients to develop innovative space solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, interior design, corporate real estate) Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architecture, interior design, or related fields 5+ years of progressive professional experience in space utilization and occupancy planning Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other drafting technologies Direct people leadership skills
