Territory Sales Manager - Remote- Tampa, FL The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role requires a proactive and results‑driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The incumbent will identify sales opportunities, present products, negotiate deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. This position covers the Wiring Device product line and requires residence in the Tampa/Naples area.

Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.

Present products and services to potential clients through effective demonstrations and sales pitches.

Negotiate terms of sales agreements, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure deals.

Close sales and achieve targets by understanding customer requirements and addressing concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.

Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products or services and address customer needs effectively.

Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by the sales manager or company leadership.

Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training and self‑development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.

What will help you thrive in this role?

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with comparable products or services (required).

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required).

Excellent persuasive interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with potential and existing clients.

Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long‑term relationships.

Resilience to handle rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude and persistent approach towards achieving goals.

Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow‑ups, and sales appointments efficiently.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems to manage and update customer information.

Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
