
OTC Functional Consultant

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to lead and manage the end-to-end technology enablement of the OTC domain across SAP and broader enterprise application landscape (CRM, WMS, eCommerce, finance systems). This strategic IT partner will shape requirements, define solutions, ensure platform integration, and drive scalable, standardized, compliant processes.
Requirements
10-12+ years experience across OTC process domains and supporting technologies.
Strong SAP S/4HANA experience, with exposure to integrated enterprise platforms (CRM, WMS, eCommerce, etc.).
Proven end-to-end process and system design experience across multiple applications.
Experience in global, multi-entity environments.
Experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
Strong vendor and partner management experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own the technology landscape supporting the domain across SAP and connected platforms, ensuring seamless processes.
Partner with business leaders to shape requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and challenge where needed to align with enterprise standards.
Drive a global end-to-end view across processes and systems, ensuring standards, reuse of platforms, and reduction of duplication.
Lead process design, requirements analysis, and solutioning; collaborate with engineering and integration teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Own and evolve the domain roadmap, focusing on simplification, automation, and reduction of total cost of ownership (TCO).
Ensure clean, reliable integration across ERP, CRM, WMS, eCommerce, and external systems; partner with architecture and data teams for high-quality data.
Drive continuous innovation through AI, data, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and audit requirements; represent the domain in governance and design forums.
Manage key technology partners and system integrators, including SLAs, performance, and contract alignment.
Monitor system performance, data quality, and user experience to continuously improve the domain.
Salary Range $120,000 – $150,000 per year
