Responsibilities
Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance
Drive a Safety‑First culture while improving daily performance across OTD, quality, throughput, cost, rework, and labor
Optimize staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow to maximize operational efficiency
Build scalable processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve flow using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and visual management
Set and execute the manufacturing operations roadmap, manage budgets and margins, lead change readiness for new technologies/products, and develop a high‑performing site leadership team
Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and operations environments
Strong background in high‑volume, precision, and technology‑driven production settings
Demonstrated success improving production systems through disciplined execution and continuous improvement
Skilled in cross‑cultural leadership and effective stakeholder management
Experience scaling production, introducing new product lines, and working within regulated standards (ISO 13485, ITAR, CGMP, CMMC)
