Momenta is a leading designer and distributor of arts and crafts products for some of the nation’s largest retailers. Based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, we create products that inspire imagination, encourage self-expression, and provide a creative outlet for consumers of all ages.
We are looking for a talented, highly organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Design team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing thoughtful, trend-right products and packaging and working closely with Product Development and Sales to bring ideas to life.

Position Summary The Graphic Designer works as part of the in-house design team and collaborates closely with the Sales and Product Development departments to design successful, high-quality craft, art, and kids’ products and packaging that meet consumer needs and company goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Design Team, Product Development, and Sales to conceptualize and design new craft, art, and kids’ products
Design packaging that is visually compelling, functional, and aligned with current trends in color, typography, and imagery
Prepare product and packaging files for factory production
Partner with Product Development to help source quality contents and materials for use in products
Create digital facades of new product concepts for marketing and presentation purposes
Assist in producing physical mockups and product samples
Use market research and trend awareness to inform product and packaging design
Support the creation of sales decks and presentation materials in Google Workspace
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and visual composition
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate clearly
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing production-ready files
Experience using AI tools in design workflows is a plus
This is a full-time, exempt position based in Portsmouth, NH. The role operates in a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and in-office collaboration based on business needs. The position involves regular computer-based design work, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
