Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Golf Professional role based in Sedona, AZ. Responsibilities include assisting with daily golf operations, providing golf instruction to members and guests, managing tournaments and events, maintaining and overseeing golf equipment, and delivering a high level of customer service. The role also involves retail operations, facilitating member engagement, and ensuring the smooth running of overall golf activities at the club.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Golf Instruction and overall knowledge of the game of golf
Skills in Golf Management, including tournament coordination and daily operations
Familiarity with Golf Equipment and its maintenance
Strong Customer Service skills to engage with members and guests effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
PGA or LPGA certification or enrollment in the PGA/LPGA
