Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Develop New Accounts: Identify and engage potential commercial clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Fleet Solutions Expertise: Provide tailored fleet solutions, including vehicle selection, financing options, and maintenance programs.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales goals for fleet and commercial vehicles.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (finance, service, and operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive or fleet sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of fleet management solutions and commercial financing options is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
