Job Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH (Hybrid – flexible onsite days)

Duration: 3 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist to support the development of engaging in-store experiences. In this role, you will help bring brand stories to life through innovative visual merchandising and store design concepts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance in-store experience
• Create compelling product presentations to drive customer engagement and sales
• Support projects from concept through in-store execution
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze trends in retail, fashion, and beauty to bring fresh ideas
• Conduct store visits to understand customer behavior and improve layouts

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising (retail preferred)
• Strong understanding of product placement and in-store presentation
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Familiarity with merchandising tools (IWD or similar)
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:

• Background in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
