College Assistant
Location: Graduate Center | Job Type: Part-Time | Hours: 20 hours per week (maximum 1,040 hours per fiscal year).

Responsibilities

Pull and compile regular website analytics reports (monthly, semester, annually) using Google Analytics.

Monitor Google Search Console for search performance trends and possible issues.

Build and maintain reporting dashboards on Looker Studio to help internal stakeholders understand website performance metrics.

Conduct periodic website content audits, identifying low‑traffic pages, outdated content, and broken links.

Identify trends in user behavior, search queries, and content performance.

Assist with campaign tracking when necessary.

Prepare summaries of findings and recommendations.

Collaborate with web, design, editorial, and other stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable items.

Handle other special projects and related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrate sufficient skills to perform the duties of the assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.

Experience working with Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools.

Familiarity working with data and spreadsheets, including organizing and summarizing findings.

Familiarity with SEO.

Ability to work independently, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize tasks and projects.

Strong communication skills.

Well‑organized and detail oriented.

Compensation
$22.28 per hour.
