Intern - Marketing (Graphic Design)

Summary This position is part of the Summer Internship Program, scheduled to run from Wednesday, May 27th through Friday, July 31st, potentially extending through mid-August based on the hiring manager’s decision. Candidates must be available for the full duration to ensure a consistent and meaningful learning experience. Responsibilities Assist in developing original, visually compelling designs for ads, flyers, emails, website, social media, digital banking platform, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging concepts and visuals that communicate key messages. Translate complex financial concepts into infographics and illustrations. Ensure consistency in brand representation across all channels. Stay up to date on design trends and best practices. Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high‑quality graphics. Assist in design and managing design files across all media to be delivered. Adjust technical/mechanical design features and perform photo retouching/image manipulation tasks as needed. Participate in assigned projects. Support day‑to‑day processes and tasks related to channel system maintenance, setup, reporting, and support. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; recent graduates may be considered. Academic majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or similar fields preferred. Highly motivated self‑starter who takes initiative. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Essential Physical & Mental Requirements Ability to travel if required. Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to read and interpret documents if required. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required. Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required; accommodations available if needed.
