About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated Brand Marketing Intern for an unpaid internship designed for students passionate about marketing and eager to gain real‑world experience in fintech. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to marketing campaigns, influencer collaboration, and data‑driven decision‑making.

This internship is based at our Jersey City office. Remote work is not available. Academic credit may be arranged in coordination with your institution if applicable.

What You’ll Learn & Do
1. Campaign & Creative Coordination

Support the development and execution of 360° product campaigns across multiple channels.

Maintain brand consistency, including voice, expression, and values throughout creative work.

Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to understand cross‑functional alignment.

Review brand performance metrics and generate ideas to improve messaging and creative effectiveness.

2. Brand Stewardship

Act as a brand steward by ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.

Identify areas where brand language or positioning can be strengthened across owned platforms.

3. White Space Ideation

Contribute cultural, competitive, and audience insights to shape creative direction and new campaign ideas.

Monitor competitor activity and analyze how brands communicate in the market.

Brainstorm and help shape innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Requirements

Current student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.

1+ year of real‑world experience (internships or personal pursuits) in brand marketing or advertising.

Basic understanding of brand strategy, campaign/creative development, and the financial services landscape.

Passion for creating impactful brand work in a fast‑moving, competitive category.

Strong problem‑solving mindset with creativity and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.

Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborative, team‑oriented attitude with enthusiasm for learning.
