5 month contract opportunity for an Art Director to support our internal creative team with the concepting, design, and execution of multi-channel marketing materials

Must be able to work onsite in Addison.

Working under the guidance of the ACD and Senior Art Director, this role will support day-to-day creative needs, help bring strategic ideas to life, and ensure that all deliverables align with our brand identity. This is a great opportunity for a designer looking to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Design & Art Direction Support

  • Assist in designing branded assets including fliers, brochures, cards, signage, presentations, web and social content, and campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and fellow creatives to generate concepts and support visual storytelling.
  • Participate in project briefing meetings and help translate creative strategies into design solutions.
  • Develop sketches, storyboards, rough layouts, and final design executions.
  • Prepare and present work to internal clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Ensure consistency across all design work, following brand standards and internal guidelines.

Packaging & Brand Identity

  • Support the development of packaging artwork for beauty and consumer products, ensuring brand alignment and manufacturability.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining internal brand guidelines and branded templates for global use.
  • Contribute to ongoing brand evolution and help maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms.
  • Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment of creative outputs with broader business goals.
  • Track design deliverables and collaborate on project timelines and resource planning.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of professional design experience in-house or at an agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,, Illustrator); familiarity with web or motion tools a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful design across multiple channels and mediums.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and curious mindset with a passion for design, branding, and storytelling.
