Core Responsibilities
- Support and innovate in content creation and design of Hiffman-branded marketing collateral that wins. This includes templates, printed and digital materials, external and internal presentations, web and other media to support new business and initiatives, while ensuring our corporate brand and writing style guide are followed.
- Design and create custom collateral, logos, interactive materials, brochures, websites, emails, advertising, postcards, promotional products, property marketing suite design for corporate, brokerage, and advisory clients upon request.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to organize and monitor marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Work independently and in partnership with the Marketing Team to create visual assets and maintain CC libraries and other asset libraries, to enhance workflows for the team and to work effectively and efficiently.
- Design and develop graphics in collaboration with the Video Specialist for integration into video projects.
- Create individual graphic elements as needed (diagrams, information graphics, illustrations, etc.).
- Assist training efforts in graphic design and technology for members of the marketing group.
- Other tasks may include identifying innovative/creative opportunities, supporting internal communications, competitive intelligence, art/graphic installations, and leveraging social media platforms to increase the company’s online presence.
Position Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or demonstrated commensurate experience.
- Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Workplace experience, minimum of 3 years.
- Have previously worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player.
- Proficient Skills: Graphic Design.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Constant Contact, Canva and other design and marketing software a plus.
- Communication (written and verbal).
- Strategic and innovative thinking.
- Demonstrates proactivity and strong project management skills.

Salary
$60,000 – $65,000
