Senior Designer (Brand, UI/UX) – Hungary
This senior-level creative role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, product design, and digital experience. You will shape how users interact with digital products while ensuring a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, requiring both vision and precision.
You will lead end-to-end design work, from early research and UX definition to final UI delivery and marketing assets. Working in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product stakeholders to influence user engagement, conversion, and overall brand perception.
Accountabilities
You will be responsible for leading and delivering full-spectrum design work across brand, product, and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all platforms.
- Lead end-to-end design projects across web, mobile, and digital products, including UX strategy, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Build, evolve, and maintain scalable brand identity systems, including guidelines, visual frameworks, and design standards.
- Translate user research and business insights into clear UX solutions, wireframes, and actionable design directions.
- Design high-performing digital marketing assets such as landing pages, funnels, and campaign visuals with a focus on conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define UX and brand strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and strong alignment with brand and product expectations.
- Present and defend design decisions clearly, articulating rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
You are an experienced design professional with strong expertise in UI/UX, branding, and creative direction, capable of owning complex projects from concept to execution.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and brand design roles, ideally with leadership or ownership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional design initiatives or manage creative workflows across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of the full UX lifecycle, including user research, usability testing, prototyping, and iteration.
- Ability to translate complex brand identities into cohesive and intuitive digital experiences.
- Experience designing performance-driven marketing assets with awareness of user behavior and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Nice-to-haves: motion design skills (After Effects), basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS), familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, and experience in remote team environments.
