Job Description

• Design seamless checkout and transactional flows focused on usability and conversion optimization.
• Apply Microsoft UX design standards and Fluent UI principles across responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered designs.
• Build and maintain design systems using Figma; manage wireframes, prototypes, and component libraries.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices throughout all deliverables.
• Work within modern front-end frameworks including React and Angular, understanding their impact on UX patterns.
• Address enterprise-level challenges such as localization, performance constraints, and scalability.
