
Part-Time Junior Graphic Design Specialist

We are looking for a creative and versatile part-time Junior Graphic Design Specialist to join our onsite team. This role is perfect for a candidate ready to turn concepts into high-impact visuals across digital and print platforms. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content and digital assets to support mission-critical projects. You’ll work closely with senior designers and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives.

What You’ll Do
Design & Production: Create compelling visuals for digital and print using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Illustration: Utilize digital drawing tools to create custom graphics and assets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
Create animations and interactive content to enhance presentations and training materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual products.
Collaborate with technical teams to visualize data and complex systems.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a secure environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a Secret clearance.
Education: 4+ years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design; 0-2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/Animate)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Digital Illustration: High proficiency in drawing programs.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of the visual trends and technical requirements (sizing, formats) for modern social platforms.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design styles and creative problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
Adobe After Effects experience
Adobe Premiere experience
3D Skills: Foundational experience in Blender for modeling or rendering
Compensation Details
US: $26.44 Hourly
