Position Overview
Dick Broadcasting Company Inc. is hiring a Marketing Consultant in the Greensboro/High Point/Winston Salem market. The Media Sales Professional must identify and create solutions to help local and national businesses thrive.
Grow advertising revenue through both traditional and non-traditional media, effectively communicate with clients and staff, maintain organization, and deeply understand prospecting, appointment setting, and relationship building. The role requires self-management of time to maximize results.
Responsibilities
Manage digital sales
Manage radio sales
Proven sales record, time management, and presentation skills with technical expertise and confidence in online, mobile, social media, and computer skills
Effectively collaborate with clients, promotions, and on-air team
Plan, strategize, sell, execute, and deliver results
Develop and deliver sales presentations in live settings
Travel to client and prospect locations to win and/or support accounts
Follow up on all self-generated and company-generated contacts in an organized and effective fashion
Regularly meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare for and attend weekly 1:1 and weekly sales meetings
Be willing to learn and excel
