
Manager, Integrated Marketing

Overview The Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for driving growth and brand relevance across Saucy!’s most dynamic customer touchpoints—third party delivery, catering, organic social, and influencer marketing. This role co owns strategy and leads execution to optimize channel performance, elevate crave worthy content, and turn cultural moments into measurable business impact. Partnering closely with agency teams and cross functional stakeholders, this role ensures strong, on brand execution and uses performance insights to continuously improve traffic, engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities Third Party Channel Performance —Co own strategy and lead execution across third party channels, including delivery aggregators (Uber Eats, DoorDash) and catering
Manage day to day platform operations, including promotions, SEO, placement, menu assortment, pricing, and overall channel health
Monitor and analyze channel performance through regular reporting and reviews, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization to drive sales
Organic Social & Influencer Marketing —Own agency relationships across organic social and creator/influencer marketing, ensuring work is on brand, on strategy, and delivered at a high standard
Guide and evaluate agency strategy, editorial calendars, and creator recommendations to ensure alignment with brand voice, cultural relevance, and business objectives
Approve creator selections, briefs, and content, ensuring output reflects Saucy!’s tone and drives engagement and craveability
Provide clear, actionable feedback to continuously improve content quality, performance, and effectiveness
Ensure organic social and influencer efforts are integrated and work together to support broader marketing priorities and drive traffic, awareness, and sales
Lead monthly performance reporting, delivering clear insights and recommendations to inform strategy and improve content effectiveness
Set clear expectations with agency partners around timelines, quality, and performance, ensuring work consistently meets brand and business standards
Provide general support across marketing initiatives as needed, ensuring execution is smooth, on brand, and aligned with business priorities
Support paid social initiatives by serving as a thought partner, offering input on creative concepting, messaging, and execution to enhance performance
Assist in loyalty communications planning, including timing and channel coordination (email, push, SMS), and oversee creative development with agency partners
Partner cross functionally with Operations, Digital & Technology, Brand, Legal, and Finance to ensure initiatives are feasible, compliant, and executed successfully
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
3+ days per week in Plano, TX office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
6+ years of experience in channel marketing, marketplace/aggregator platforms, creator/influencer marketing, social, or related roles
Hands-on experience owning delivery aggregator platforms and performance
Familiarity with loyalty platforms and customer journeys (Marigold, Zeta, Braze)
Experience managing and influencing external agencies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a test-and-learn mindset
