We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Campaign Manager (TEMP) to lead in the implementation of in‑platform and IO based paid social campaigns across a variety of social media platforms. While your day‑to‑day priority will be spent in‑platform, you will also work with your supervisor to develop paid social strategies to deliver clients’ objectives. You will collaborate with our media planning, social content, ad ops and analytics teams as to how to best leverage paid social tactics to bring an overarching social strategy to life. We will roll up our sleeves together to best use your talent, experience and passion points to grow our clients’ business while also helping you identify opportunities to further develop your own career path.

Primary Job Functions

Function as an in‑platform paid social campaign manager across a key media client.

Co‑develop with your supervisor a tactical execution plan based on the approved strategy, then execute the plan following best practices and processes.

Responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of tactics, campaign management, optimisation and budget pacing.

Organise campaign materials and set up ads across Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn and Indeed Job Postings.

Collaborate with other agency partner teams to provide cohesive and joint recommendations/deliverables for clients.

Work with the analytics team to develop insightful reports that cover campaign performance and areas for growth.

Collaborate with internal paid media team for all things paid social, developing a trusted relationship with internal teams and confidence in our execution.

Stay abreast of social media trends, best practices and platform updates and keep internal teams and clients alike updated on relevant trends.

Build analyses and POVs to be shared across teams and with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2‑3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is required; Blueprint certification is a huge plus, and experience on other social platforms (Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn) also preferred.

Experience with full funnel objectives and buy types.

Ability to translate analytics and reporting into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

Exceptional command of advanced Microsoft Excel and media analytical skill set.

Highly organised, extremely detail‑oriented, and able to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Other Qualifications

Well versed in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Google suite of equivalents (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc).

This role requires regular in‑office presence with a minimum of three days per week, to engage and collaborate in in‑person team interactions and meetings as required.
