The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investment in the company's priorities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a disciplined approach to securing and stewarding significant philanthropic support. The AVP will manage a portfolio of principal gift prospects, provide strategic direction to the company's giving functions, and lead a team of experienced directors to meet ambitious goals in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
