The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Capital Giving to lead the advancement of its most significant philanthropic opportunities. This strategic and entrepreneurial role is pivotal in integrating transformational gift opportunities with various giving channels, including corporate philanthropy, foundation relations, and planned giving. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investment in the company's priorities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a disciplined approach to securing and stewarding significant philanthropic support. The AVP will manage a portfolio of principal gift prospects, provide strategic direction to the company's giving functions, and lead a team of experienced directors to meet ambitious goals in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
