Give us a call at 760.438.0161 Job Title: Outbound Call Center Agent Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm 2 week assignment Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing customers to: Schedule routine maintenance and tune-ups. Promote service agreements and seasonal specials. Conduct customer satisfaction calls after service visits. Assist the dispatch team by helping fill the daily schedule. Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system. Skills: 12 years of customer service or sales experience Strong phone and communication skills
comfortable making 50+ calls/day. Positive, professional attitude with ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency with computers and scheduling software Highly organized and detail-oriented.
