The Company is in search of a Senior Counsel for Government and Regulatory Affairs with a focus on P&C insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the regulatory and legislative strategy in California, with a key emphasis on handling and managing lobbying and advocacy efforts. This business-facing, externally focused role involves direct engagement and influence with regulators, policymakers, and internal leadership to develop and advance policy positions, legislative strategy, and external messaging. The role also requires the translation of regulatory and legislative developments into actionable business guidance and partnering cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure that advocacy aligns with enterprise objectives.
