Bilingual Data Entry Clerks Needed

Bilingual data entry clerks needed for a local medical call center. Responsibilities include: Accepting incoming calls Inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format Managing phone interactions with clients for support and troubleshooting Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered Locating and correcting errors or reporting them to a supervisor Minimum requirements: Familiar with basic computer functions (such as copying and pasting) On time, with a positive attitude and ready to work Ability to pass a basic Microsoft Word test (scoring 80% or better) Ability to pass an alpha numeric data entry test based on speed, accuracy, and number of errors Fluent in both English and Spanish Pay rate: $15 Shift time: noon to 8pm Must be able to train 8a-4p for 4-6 weeks. Location: Hoover, AL
