The Service Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of service operations. This position involves coordinating account activities, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a reliable point of contact between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and proactive approach. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage day-to-day account activities for assigned clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and service requests Support internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services Monitor account performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for both clients and management Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication Ensure all client needs are addressed promptly and professionally Qualifications
