Job Summary WBTV is looking for an experienced, creative, and talented assignment editor. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, positive‑thinking, an excellent communicator who can work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills are a must. Responsibilities Daily planning and deployment of field resources Content creation for all platforms Effective response during breaking news situations Generate story ideas through various sources; discern credible news tips Other duties as assigned Qualifications Schedule flexibility is a must. This is a full‑time hourly position and may include overnight, holidays, weekends, and some overtime. Must apply online and attach a resume with a cover letter.
