Graphic Designer
Location: Chandler, AZ (primary on-site; temporary visits to Tempe). Full-Time, Day Shift: Mon–Thurs 6:00am–4:30pm.
Responsibilities
Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
Provide consultative support and effectively communicate technical information to customers.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials.
Provide design support to other departments as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work in both print and digital applications.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in both graphic design and marketing disciplines.
Experience with 3D rendering, video editing, and large flatbed printers (e.g., Canon Arizona 1360 GTF) is a plus.
US work authorization is required; employer will not sponsor employment visas.

As part of this job, the candidate can anticipate working in an office with multiple occupants, attending virtual team meetings, and visiting customers in person as needed. The noise level is typically quiet to moderate. Standard office equipment like computers, phones, and photocopiers will be used regularly. The position involves sitting, talking, and hearing throughout the 8‑10‑hour shift. Some filing may be required, requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and, if necessary, climb stairs or a step ladder. The position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 40 pounds.
