Responsibilities
Develops briefs and briefs Creator to align to campaign/brand needs
Manages shoot details, logistical calendar and approvals (via Account Team)
Maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements.
Assist in planning for and acquiring appropriately skilled project resources to complete assigned tasks and contribute to establishing a project vision.
Responsible for ensuring all needed assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations, with the director of production, social
Work with production, creative leadership, and account lead to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Act as a client point-of-contact for all project related issues and communicate client business needs to internal team.
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience working on post‑production workflows
Must have content creator management experience
Will work minimum 50% Content Capture Producer + 50% Project work Producer, if possible
Compensation + Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000. The final salary offered will be dependent on factors such as experience, location, and budget.
Benefits include generous paid time off, subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision), short/long term disability, family planning benefits, 401(k) with company match and more. Hybrid schedule; minimum two days in office.
