A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction industry. 2. Proven experience in dealing with contracts, pumps, and boilers. 3. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 6. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. 7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
