Director of ERP Transformation

We’re hiring a senior leader to own a global ERP transformation, from platform strategy through execution. This role defines the future ERP vision, leads next-generation platform decisions, and drives standardized, digital-first processes across finance and operations.
You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations to modernize systems, reduce manual work, and deliver a scalable, automated operating model.
What You’ll Do
- Lead an enterprise-wide ERP transformation aligned to business strategy
- Drive selection and rollout of a next-generation ERP platform (finance-only through full ERP)
- Define future-state, digital processes leveraging automation, analytics, AI, and RPA
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners
- Own change management, adoption, governance, and risk mitigation
What You Bring
- 10–15+ years of ERP leadership experience
- Proven ownership of large-scale, multi-year ERP programs
- Strong background in finance-led ERP transformations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and system integrators
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions
