Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Syndicated Loan Operations candidate to manage a loan administration team. The role involves overseeing the daily administration of syndicated loan transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team responsible for the administration and operations of syndicated loans.
• Oversee daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of syndicated loan transactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on operational matters.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve documentation, reports, and reconciliations related to syndicated loans.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth transaction processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in syndicated loan administration.
• Strong understanding of syndicated loan structures and servicing requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
