Commercial Real Estate Attorney – Nashville, Tennessee (LHH Recruitment Solutions working with a prestigious AmLaw law firm)
Job Responsibilities
- Represent developer and investor clients in large scale commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Negotiate, draft, and review purchase and sale agreements
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial leases
- Represent lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate financing and loans
Qualifications
- JD required
- Licensed in good standing to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission to the Tennessee bar
- 4+ years’ experience in commercial real estate legal practice at a large law firm or sophisticated real‑estate boutique firm.
- Outstanding academic credentials
