
Associate Director of Annual Giving

Responsibilities
Support operations for The PDS Fund through execution of appeals, stewardship, communication, and events.
Manage parent and alumni annual giving volunteers by providing materials and guidance for their outreach and coordinating volunteer events.
Manage a portfolio of prospective donors, including leadership prospects.
Assist in PDS Fund analysis and help suggest new participation strategies for parents and alumni.
Play an active role in managing the Advancement Office’s partnership with GiveCampus and other potential fundraising technologies.
Execution of all Day of Giving elements – email solicitations, volunteer activities, and campus involvement.
In partnership with Director of Development and Communications colleagues, assist in the creation of the Annual Report.
Assist and manage other projects as needed or assigned.
Be a proactive member of the school community, attending athletic and artistic events, student presentations and other occasions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 Years of experience in fundraising is preferred.
Mission-driven, with an understanding of the role education plays in the lives of individuals and society at large.
Track record of professionalism, fundraising success, and both project and volunteer management.
Detail oriented but mindful of the bigger picture.
A collegial team player who appreciates the interdependence of a small, high-performing advancement shop.
Committed to learning and growth in a department and school that is committed to measuring outcomes and continuous improvement.
Compensation Range: $80,000-$90,000 a year (this role is eligible for benefits)
This position works 5-days a week in the office located in Princeton, NJ (beautiful setting in our historic Colross building) and must be able to work occasional evenings and weekend events. This position is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a community that fosters growth.
