Sales Call Center Representative University Automall is excited to expand our Sales Departments with the creation of a state-of-the-art call center. We handle a high volume of inbound and internet inquiries for our three stores, ensuring exceptional service for new and returning clients. Compensation: Hourly pay: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour Average monthly earnings: $2,400 - $5,200 Performance-based bonuses Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound phone calls Schedule service appointments and follow up on leads Resolve customer issues and concerns Direct customers to appropriate departments or employees Build and maintain relationships with clients Confirm and reschedule appointments Regain customer retention Maintain professional phone etiquette and voice Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Prior experience in BDC, automotive service/sales, or customer service is a plus High-volume call experience Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills Detail-oriented with excellent attendance Professional phone skills and a friendly demeanor Schedule: Full-time position Shifts: 8-10 hours Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed Holidays and overtime as required Benefits: Dental, health, and vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Bonus and commission opportunities License/Certification: Driver's License required We are an equal-opportunity employer.
