Project Designer - (AutoCAD Required)
Onsite | Full-Time | Security & Low-Voltage Systems

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Project Designer with AutoCAD experience to support high-impact design and sales initiatives in the security and low-voltage space. What You’ll Own

• Support the creation and coordination of project estimates and competitive bids


• Develop and update AutoCAD drawings for system designs and layouts


• Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure accuracy and scope alignment


• Assist in designing systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and intrusion detection


• Keep projects organized by managing documentation, work orders, and job costing data


• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to gather pricing and product details


• Ensure compliance with NFPA, California Fire Code, and industry standards


• Track timelines and help drive on-time, high-quality bid submissions


• Provide technical documentation support for system updates and revisions


• Maintain clean, organized project files that keep everything running smoothly

What You Should Bring

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, estimating, or technical admin roles


• Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD


• Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces


• Familiarity with low-voltage systems, security systems, or network infrastructure


• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset—you catch things others miss
