Manage all project accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for construction projects.2. Perform cost accounting tasks, including analyzing costs, preparing financial statements, and developing cost-effective strategies.3. Oversee construction contracts, ensuring compliance with financial terms and conditions.4. Utilize SAGE or equivalent software for financial management and reporting.5. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial information.6. Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.7. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.9. Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on financial status.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project accounting, cost accounting, and construction contracts.3. Proficiency in SAGE or equivalent accounting software.4. Strong understanding of construction industry financial practices and regulations.5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.9. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.10.
