The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing high-quality legal support to our real estate attorneys. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in complex real estate transactions, entity formation, and corporate filings. The candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of real estate law and corporate law.Why join us?Responsibilities:1.
