Job DetailsResponsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projects Develop and maintain MEP schedules and ensure they are on track Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems Develop and implement quality control measures for MEP systems Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site Manage and mentor junior MEP staff Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals Understanding of safety protocols and regulations Interested in hearing more?
