Drive order growth in machine clothing, roll covers, and mechanical roll services for paper manufacturing customers in the U.S. South. Assess mill operations and competitive landscapes to develop account plans that achieve revenue and margin targets. Collaborate with Regional, Corporate, and Product Management teams to implement sales strategies across key accounts. Support the execution of account-specific sales strategies in the Southeast and Southwest regions. Leverage your expertise in business analytics and a modern sales process to grow market share. Build and maintain strong relationships across customer networks, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders. Travel extensively throughout your assigned territory to engage with mills and customers. Qualifications:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in the paper industry with knowledge of machine clothing and rolls (preferred). Proven track record in business development, sales, or mill operations with data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and database management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and regions.
