Fulfillment Specialist

Part‑time shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Up to 28 hours per week.
Overview Embark on your journey as a Part‑time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence through replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry‑leading vending program. This role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily, including deliveries, replenishment of managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment. This position is for our branch located at 746 Long Meadow Dr, Salisbury, NC 28147.
Responsibilities
Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
Interact with customers while making deliveries.
Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
Required Position Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Possess a current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located, and meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Highly motivated, self‑directed, and customer service oriented.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrate the company’s core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25 lbs–50 lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs.
Pass a required drug screen (applicable in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
Preferred Position Qualifications
Previous customer service or industry‑related work experience.
