Digital Banking Specialist .
The Digital Banking Specialist responsibilities include a variety of duties in support of all digital banking products and services including, but not limited to, online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, and telephone banking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and assistance to internal and external customers in support of our online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit services.
Process daily reports for online banking including new enrollments, closed accounts, and records with no open accounts, as well as mobile banking reports to add mobile deposit.
Participate in projects, new product offerings, and system conversions related to digital banking products and services.
Become knowledgeable in all aspects of online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking.
Work with key vendors when troubleshooting issues related to domestic and international wires.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work as a positive team member in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
