Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond
BlkSwan Holdings is a fast-paced property management and investment firm entering a hyper-growth phase. We are on a mission to expand our portfolio by
$50–$100 million
over the next 12 months. We are looking for a brilliant, tech-forward intern to help us build the “brain” behind this expansion. This isn’t a coffee-run internship. You will be tasked with leveraging AI to automate lead generation, optimize property performance, and streamline the due diligence process for massive acquisitions. Key Responsibilities
AI Integration:
Research and implement AI tools (LLMs, predictive analytics, and automated workflows) to identify undervalued properties and market trends. Process Optimization:
Audit existing property management workflows and use automation tools (Zapier, Make, or Python scripts) to eliminate manual bottlenecks. Data Analysis:
Maintain and organize a high-volume pipeline of potential acquisitions, ensuring data integrity across our CRM. Market Intelligence:
Develop AI-driven scrapers or prompts to track competitor movements and local zoning changes in real-time. Strategic Support:
Assist the executive team in preparing data-driven investment memos for the $100M expansion goal. Who You Are
Tech-Fluent:
You have experience with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude power-user), data visualization, or basic coding (Python/SQL). If there’s a manual task, your first instinct is to automate it. Obsessively Organized:
You can manage complex spreadsheets and project boards without breaking a sweat. You thrive on “clean” data. Real Estate Enthusiast:
You aren’t just here for the tech; you’re genuinely interested in how $100M in assets is moved and managed. High Agency:
You don’t wait for a manual. You see a problem, research the solution, and present the fix. Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Computer Science, Real Estate, Finance, or Systems Engineering preferred). Strong understanding of AI prompting and automation logic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines associated with large-scale acquisitions. Why Join Us?
You will get a front-row seat to a $100M portfolio build-out. This role offers the unique opportunity to apply cutting-edge technology to one of the world’s oldest and most lucrative industries.
