TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light‑duty and medium‑duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan. We are also the leader in Semi‑Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to the commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has doubled in size in the last three years. We have expanded our locations to Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Cleveland, Michigan, and our corporate offices in Columbus.

We are looking for a

Commercial Account Manager

who will be responsible for the entire Cincinnati, Ohio market ( Territory Sales Manager ). The right candidate is an energetic, talented, fun/positive, hard‑working, career‑minded individual who can demonstrate varied skills to help TNT continue to grow our business.

The candidate that excels best in this position are those with experience working for or with property managers for commercial properties, condos, and apartment complexes. Has worked for company's supplying services to commercial properties such as landscaping, elevator companies, disaster clean up, office cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, and electric to name a few. TNT is looking for an individual that has been or is a member of BOMA, IFMA, GNKCAA, CAA and other networking groups.

As a

Commercial Account Manager , you will be selling a power washing service to our customers in the property management business, with Commercial Buildings, Parking Garages, Stadiums, and Concrete surfaces as an example.

Competitive Salary plus commission Estimated Salary/Commission (combined)= $65,000.00-$70,000.00 first year (pay is based on sales and industry experience) note our commission has a 60/40 variable to sale, no cap on commissions
