with a long-standing presence in the Virginia market. This team owns, builds, and manages their own projects — providing
consistent work, stability, and long-term growth . They are actively hiring a
Construction Superintendent
to take ownership of
active commercial and medical construction projects

no travel required What you’ll be doing:
Lead
day-to-day job site operations
from start to finish Manage subcontractors across all trades (MEP, civil, structural) Drive scheduling, inspections, and coordination with stakeholders Maintain safety compliance and job site organization Run weekly meetings and ensure projects stay on track What they’re looking for:
7+ years in construction Experience as a
Superintendent with a general contractor Ability to run a job site independently Strong communication with subcontractors and inspectors Experience with commercial or
medical projects is a plus Additional:
